 Putting Almighty God first:

John 4: 23-24

 

Blessed day/evening to all my brothers and sisters around the world! Please pray for our brothers and sisters around the world. As well as the unsaved.

Is God our Father in heaven first in your life? Or do you feel you are too busy with daily life with all the problems & issues that come up to give Him any of your time? This is what is going to be talked about today in this message. 

Well one such way we put God first is by worshipping God in Spirit and in truth. Turn with me & read ( John 4th Chapter verses 23-24 ) which reads like this, (23 ) But the hour is coming, and now is, when true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. (24 ) God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in  spirit and truth." And so we should desire to put Him first especially when we think how much He has done, is doing, and will be doing for us. Turn also with me to ( Matthew 6th Chapter verse 33 ) which reads, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be  added unto you." And so these my brothers and sisters is some of the ways we put Almighty Jehovah our Father first.

So you may ask ok how else can I put God first? Well prayer is another such way, seeking Him in all our ways and by doing so I promise you He will direct your path in whatever way He knows is right.  Let's turn together and read from the book of Proverbs, ( Proverbs 3rd Chapter verse 6 ) which reads, " In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." And finally another way to put Him first is to pray without ceasing as ( 1 Thessalonians 5th Chapter verses 16-18 ) tells us. And always remember this very vital and important thing and take to heart. Always remain obedient to God and let Him handle the consequences that come with that obedience.

Dear Heavenly Father we thank you for all you do each and everyday for us. And we thank you and are greatful for your goodness by your very nature. As you being a Good God in every way is who you are always. We pray that through this message inspired by you today will find its way into as many people's hearts and help them in some way. And may it hopefully find its way in the hearts of the unsaved and inspire them to want to change and repent and turn to you and become a family member of your Kingdom of Light by simply accepting Jesus as their Lord and personal savior and letting Him into their hearts. In Jesus name! Amen!
