 The Christian walk not being easy!

Ephesians 6:12

 

Blessed day to all my brothers and sisters. Prayers to all in need around the world, including our brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus our Lord. As well as the unsaved!

There are those that think or have been taught by others that our walk with God will be a bed of flowers. Well that's what we are going to talk about today. Did you know that whether you have been a Christian all your life, or you have been converted at some point. Either way, for those that belong to Jesus Christ are going to have an angry scared devil coming after you in this world and he will try to tempt you and try to pull you away by any means He can. One such scripture in God's word tell us about in ( Ephesians 6th Chapter verse 12 ) please turn there and read that passage as it will explain one such way that this happens. But how else will he try to pull us away? Through doubts in God & regular prayer, through doubting if the Gospel is true and so much more. Now watch this, Jesus told us that by truly being in and abiding in Him, the world will be against us and hating us. Please turn with me and read ( John 15th Chapter verse 18-21 ).

Plus we were also told we would have tribulation. Turn with me to ( John 16th Chapter verse 33 ) which reads, " I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart I have overcome the world." Plus we were told in ( 2 Timothy 2 verse 3 ) " Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ." Now I just want to say we should not be discouraged by this because as ( Philippians 4:13 tell us ) " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. And when we have the whole armor of God on as ( Ephesians 6:13 ) tells us God will help us through it all when we seek Him and seek Him often. And we should also be encouraged because we are also told in ( Isaiah 54:17 ) No weapon formed against us shall prosper because when God is on our side, and we obey Him we will always be victorious. As our Father Jehovah God will always supply all our need  according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus ( Philippians 4:19 ).

Dear Heavenly Father we thank you so much for all you do daily for us even those things we don't see or know about, and we thank you for always being the most perfect God & Father we could ever have. We ask that you may please help those that read this to please help them by whatever means you know is right, myself included. And that you may please help us endure and help us through all this world will throw at us. For you said in your word. Those that endure to the end the will be saved. Thank you Father. In Jesus name! Amen!

 

 

 

Leaving a Legacy!

Romans 12: 2

 

 

Hello brothers and sisters! Hope all are well, provided for, guided, and protected! Prayers for those in need which includes children of God and those of darkness!

Have you ever given it any thought as to what sort of Legacy you are building whether it be with family or friends? How do you want them to remember you after you're gone? Do you want them to remember you as someone that basically acted more like the world, instead of acting more Jesus Christ? Now I ask you what does Almighty God have to say in His word the Bible about being like the world? I want to turn to the book of ( Romans 12th Chapter verse 2 ) so please turn and read this passage with me, as it read like this, " And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God."

Another perfect example of a Legacy you do not want others to remember you would be like the Pharisee in ( Luke 18:9-12 ) and it basically talks about how the pharisee looked down upon others including the tax collector/publican. I would like to also remind you that by acting like that not only do you build a bad legacy but it will also deny you entry into the Kingdom of our ABBA Father in heaven! As the Bible speaks very strongly against those that are like that. Instead I urge you to build a Legacy one that includes you letting God work in you through His Holy Spirit ( Philippians 1:6 )once you have a true relationship and faith in Jesus Christ and trust Him as your Lord & Personal Savior. As by doing so not only will you receive the Most perfect gift ever which is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord ( John 3:16, & Romans 6:23 ) which is the most important, but you will also leave a legacy of being truly God fearing and one that loves Jesus. And by displaying the Love of God to all that you can they will glorify our Father which is in heaven ( Matthew 5:16 ). As I promise you those that you do that to will always remember that about you.

So if you haven't done so yet please confess your sins ( 1 John 1:9 ) to God ask for His mercy, & forgiveness let Him work in you and change you, let Jesus into your heart today and accept God's free gift of eternal life, which can only be found in Christ Jesus once you trust and accept Him as your Lord and personal Savior. Remember tomorrow is not promised to anyone so if Jesus is not in your life, i urge you to let Him in today! And repent!
