 What is faith and why it may not be growing:

Hebrews 11:1

 

Hello blessed day/evening to everyone. Prayers for those around the world in need of prayer, which includes our brothers and sisters as well as the unsaved.

What is faith? Faith is our absolute trust in God's love for us, regardless of our circumstances. The Bible also tell us what faith is. Let us turn to and read ( Hebrews 11:1 ) " Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Now I want to ask you question is your faith in God growing? If it is not, it could be because you are trying to bring about a solution on your own without the help of God, it might be due to us having the mindset of well God's answer didn't make sense, or my way is faster, maybe it could even be doubt, whatever it may be lets work on not trying to figure things out ourselves. Why? Because God is infinite, He knows everything and sees everything. Almighty God is perfect in all His ways. For with God nothing shall be impossible as ( Luke 1st Chapter Verse 37 ) tells us.

Now here's one way your faith may not grow or increase, turn with me and lets read ( 1 Corinthians  2nd Chapter verse 5 ) "That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God." Now this isn't necessarily because man's wisdom is bad, but is because it is limited. Now when we walk by only what we can see that, we are not walking by faith. To illustrate what I mean lets turn to and read ( 2 Corinthians 5th Chapter verse 7 ), which reads, " For we walk by faith & not by sight." Now take note of this when trials come our way, we should consider it pure joy. Why? Well let's turn to ( James 1st Chapter verses 2-4 ) ( 2 ) " Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, ( 3 ) because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. ( 4 ) Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." Now why does it say this, because Almighty God will help us with & through it in His way, & in His time. Provided that our Spiritual minds hearts eyes and ears are open to Him. So, whatever you may be going through seek God sincerely, truly, & honestly in prayer. And I promise you He is always willing and ready to help.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for always being who you are by your very nature, & that you never waver from it. Please help those that have not accepted Christ Jesus as their Lord & Personal Savior yet in your way and in your time to help them see how much they need Him and how blessed beyond measure they will be once they trust & accept Him. And to please help those that read this that are struggling in their faith and walk in what way and time you know is best. In Jesus name! Amen!
