Have You Been Shaped by Fear?

Daily Prayer for Friday, May 3rd, 2024

Heavenly Father, I come to You in LORD Jesus' Name, to give You praise and to thank You for EVERYTHING, in ALL circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18), whether good or what I may think is not so good in this life.

Holy and Righteous Father, first and foremost, thank You for revealing Yourself through Your Son to the world, and thank You, Father, for loving me and personally knowing me.

Abba Father, thank You that Your hope never disappoints, because Your love has been poured out through the power of the Holy Spirit. I know I can face this day with faith, confidence, and my head held high because You are my rock and shield. I also ask that You please protect each and everyone around the world and heal those who are in most need of Your mercy.

With the power and through the intercession of the Holy Spirit, and in the Holy and Mighty Name of and through LORD Jesus Christ who conquered Satan, sin, and death, I pray. Amen. 

Lord Jesus,

We ask you to break every chain, remove every mountain, destroy every hindrance and influencing spirit, stop the mouths of lions, destroy every stronghold, dismantle every objection, stop every evil spirit from trying to harm, destroy and block the path of your children. 

I command in the authority and name of Jesus of Nazerth that every mountain and stumbling block blocking our path in Christ be removed. I speak to the mountain be ye REMOVED. 

Jesus makes a way where evil trys to block. It shall not be. If God be for us who can be against us. In your authority, Lord, I ask the road be cleared. 

I bind up and cast and ask that every hindrance, gatekeeper, principality, power, and influence to be removed in your authority. 

Show the world your glory and just who you are. Make yourself known to those who seek to harm, kill, and destroy your children. 

Let the world know and see whom your children are so that they can no longer deny you that you are God and you do indeed live. Put a fear in those that cause evil and have them STOP harming your children. 

The days are evil, and we expect your protection and that we see your word STAND in these last days. 

I ask you to remove EVERY barrier. In the name of Jesus of Nazareth and in his authority, I bind and cast every evil thing spoken here into the pits of hell and declare and decree ye are now REMOVED! Lord, tell the wickedness to let your people GO! Your word and what you say STANDS and make it known to your glory. 

I will NOT lose hope in your word and will for many have died thru millenia to preserve it, and your word is INSPIRED. 

Ye are here by declared removed in the name and authority of Jesus of Nazereth, and you will remain gone in the puts of hell and do not ever disturb us again. 

We are the children of the living God, and he will not allow nor tolerate any attacks on his children. I pray this in Jesus name by decree. Amen.  

Have You Been Shaped by Fear?

And release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. (Heb. 2:15)

How much of our lives have been shaped by fear?  The fear of death, disease, tragedy, rejection and failure are powerful forces that can dominate our thoughts and steal our dreams.  

Other fears such as public speaking, possible sickness, high places, flying, sleeping in the dark or not having enough money can continually mold our lives.  

Many of us probably don’t even realize how much we have allowed fear to shape us and limit us.

Fear was the initial reaction of Adam and Eve to the guilt they felt after sinning.  Fear is the dominant force of the fallen, human spirit.  

Fear is the product the world sells most effectively.  The news succeeds by exploiting fear. 

The entertainment industry magnifies human fear in many of its movies and shows.  

Many of our decisions in life most likely take into consideration fears that have been sown into us even if we are Christians.  

The torment of fear is a terrible dictator!

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. (1 John 4:18)

When we take the time to contemplate the power of fear, we can begin to understand why we often miss out on God’s best for our lives.  

Is it possible to live free from fear?  Can we really experience abundant life, joy and peace in a fallen world?  I believe that answer is yes.  

His love has been shed abroad in our hearts and the potential to live free from fear is within.  He has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind.

Getting a true revelation of God’s love is the only thing that can loosen the grip of fear in our lives.  

It is worth meditating on His love day and night until our minds and hearts are renewed and transformed to our true identity in Christ.  His love will set you free.  

The more you know His love, the more you will recognize all of the fears that have bound you, and you will be able to be free once and for all.

I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears. (Ps. 34:4)
